A desk lighthouse with a turning lantern, in a gold and bronze finish.
An industrial-style lighthouse in a gold, bronze and black finish, with five parts that turn at the same time: the radar on top, the lamp room and the gears in the base. In 60 pieces and about three hours, you build a small moving piece that catches the eye on any desk.
A three-level mechanical model kit, from base to lantern
The lighthouse is built in three parts: a geared base, a central column that hides the drive train, then the lamp room on top, which casts a spiral glow. The parts fit together without glue. Once it's finished, you switch it on and everything starts turning at once.
Who's it for? Anyone into mechanics, the sea or steampunk style. A way to start a collection of machines in the same style.
Assembled dimensions: 8 × 5.8 cm footprint, 16 cm tall.

Yes: once it's switched on, the lantern, the radar and the gears in the base turn continuously.
Is it made of wood?
No: the whole Industrial City series is made of plastic parts, rigid, with a gold, bronze and black metallic finish. That's what gives it the look of a real machine.
Are there other machines in the same series?
Yes: The Morse Telegraph, The Oil Pump and The Hand-Crank Helicopter form a collection in the same style that you can build up machine by machine.
