Shipping zones

NOOKO ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada (except Quebec), Australia and Ireland.

Processing and delivery times

  • United States: 6 to 12 business days from order to delivery, shipping included
  • United Kingdom: 6 to 13 business days, shipping included
  • Canada (except Quebec): 8 to 15 business days, shipping included
  • Australia: 5 to 15 business days, shipping included
  • Ireland: 6 to 13 business days, shipping included
  • Processing and dispatch: 1 to 2 business days after your order is confirmed, included in the times above

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping costs

  • United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia: standard shipping €5.99 for orders under €80, free shipping from €80.
  • Ireland: free shipping on every order, no minimum, in euros.
  • Currency: prices are displayed and charged in your local currency (US dollars, pounds sterling, Canadian dollars or Australian dollars). The amounts above are charged in your local currency at the exchange rate shown at checkout.

Import duties and taxes

Your order is shipped from abroad and goes through customs in your country. Here is what the price you pay at checkout includes:

  • United States, Canada and Australia: your order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): prices include import duties and taxes; you will not be charged anything on delivery.
  • United Kingdom: UK VAT is included in the price.
  • Customs checks: like any international parcel, your order may occasionally be held for a customs check, which can delay delivery.

Carriers

Your orders are shipped with recognized international carriers, and a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Order tracking

A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your package ships.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. They may vary during peak periods (sales, end-of-year holidays) and depending on customs clearance times in your country. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@nooko.fr.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with the kit unassembled and in its original packaging. See our refund policy for how to proceed and for the statutory rights that apply in your country.
