One world lights up. One screen goes dark. This 23-page guide helps you turn a few "phone" evenings into "build" evenings with your teen—no lectures, no arguments.
What's in the guide
- What the numbers say: public, sourced data from France (Centre national du livre / Ipsos 2024, Anses 2019) on screen time among 16- to 19-year-olds in France.
- Replace rather than forbid: how to suggest without imposing, with the phrases that put up walls and the ones that open doors.
- The 7-evening challenge: a ready-to-follow plan, from opening the box to switching on the lights for the first time.
- Setting up your workshop: what you need on the table, 8 building tips and a cheat sheet for reading the instructions.
- Together, without taking over: a clear role for each of you.
- A page for your teen, plus printable sheets: a build journal, a screen-free evening pact and a 4-week calendar.
Format
A 23-page PDF file in A5 format, to read on your phone, tablet or computer, or to print. Digital product: nothing is shipped. The download link arrives by email right after you place your order.
